01
Start with your plans
Before making reservations.
- Review your invitation and the weekend dates.
Our wedding weekend is February 17–21, 2028. Check which celebrations you’ll attend and ask us if you’re unsure who is included on your invitation.
View the itinerary - Arrange time away and choose your travel dates.
Allow time for arrival, the airport transfer and check-in before your first event. The room block has a three-night minimum; choose dates that cover the celebrations you plan to attend.
Plan your stay - Check everyone’s passport and entry requirements.
Review the official requirements for your nationality and any transit countries early enough to arrange renewals or visas if needed. Check with the relevant consulate and your airline.
Official Mexican entry guidance - Choose your resort, room and roommates.
Compare occupancy, photos and rates. Generations Riviera Maya welcomes families; El Dorado Royale and El Dorado Casitas Royale are adults only. Indian Destination Wedding can help you choose.
Compare rooms and rates - Review the total cost and cancellation terms.
Room rates are per person, per night. Account for flights, transfers and separately payable local taxes. Read the cancellation terms and decide whether to arrange optional travel insurance before paying.

Book your room & RSVP
Complete these steps with Indian Destination Wedding.
- Submit one reservation form per room.
Book through our official Indian Destination Wedding page. Enter Rylee and Gurnoor as the group name and include everyone sharing the room. Contact the team before booking outside our wedding block.
Go straight to the booking form - Check and sign your booking invoice.
Confirm every guest’s name and date of birth, resort, room category, travel dates and total price. Send any room or bed preferences to the agent; bed types are requests, not guarantees.
Follow the booking steps - Pay your deposit by July 15, 2027.
Authorize payment with Indian Destination Wedding. The deposit is equal to one night’s package value and counts as your RSVP. Bookings made after July 15 are payable in full.
See our RSVP instructions - Receive and save your booking confirmation.
Submitting a form alone does not confirm your room. Keep the agency’s confirmation showing your booking number, payment and remaining balance. Allow 72 business hours for follow-up and ask the team if your status is unclear.
Contact the travel team - Pay your remaining balance by October 14, 2027.
Follow the payment instructions on your invoice and keep your receipt. Contact Indian Destination Wedding promptly if you have questions about your balance or reservation.

Arrange your travel
Connect your flights, transfer and any special requests.
- Book flights to Cancún International Airport (CUN).
Airfare is booked separately. Match your flights to your confirmed room dates and the events you’ll attend, allowing time for airport formalities and the transfer.
See flight and airport details - Send your flight details by January 3, 2028—or earlier if required.
Use the form Indian Destination Wedding sends about 90 days before arrival. They need flight details at least 45 days before your own arrival. If you arrive early, confirm your earlier deadline directly with the team.
Check the flight-information deadline - Confirm your airport transfer arrangements.
Check the transfer details and charge on your invoice. Tell the team when booking if you’ll stay at another hotel before or after the wedding, or need help with child seats, accessibility or extra luggage.
Review transfer arrangements - Share any dietary or accessibility needs.
If applicable, tell Rylee or Gurnoor directly about wedding-event needs. Tell Indian Destination Wedding separately about room and transportation requirements so the relevant teams can confirm arrangements.
Contact Indian Destination Wedding - Save your booking documents and travel contacts.
Keep your confirmation, invoice and transfer instructions somewhere easy to access. Save jess@indiandestinationwedding.com and 888-485-0005; use transfers@indiandestinationwedding.com for transfer questions.
